Mareshah Dunning, NMD, RMSK

Dr. Mareshah Dunning is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor whose practice focuses on regenerative injections and interventional pain management. She completed a two-year residency in fluoroscopy-guided injections and interventional techniques, holds RMSK certification in diagnostic ultrasound, and serves as faculty lead of the Regenerative Medicine Honors Track at Sonoran University of Health Sciences and board member of the Naturopathic Orthopedic Medicine Academy. At Solutions Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Dunning offers advanced image-guided regenerative treatments—including micronized fat, PRP, donor tissue, cell banking, A2M, BMAC, and prolotherapy—delivered within complete naturopathic care.
