Dr. Igwe earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2017 from The University of Arizona. She is double board certified; and is licensed in the state of Arizona as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner as well as a family nurse practitioner.
With a passion for the holistic (mind and body) wellness of the individual, Dr. Igwe brings along a wealth of knowledge, skills, and expertise from over 26 years of nursing experience in various areas of nursing practice across the lifespan.
Dr. Igwe integrates the science and art of nursing to provide innovative, evidence-based care targeted at improving the client’s overall health.
Dr. Igwe received several honors and awards including the University of Arizona/World Health Organization “2020 Year of the Nurse/Midwife” award.
